One-on-One Functional Movement Therapy and Strength and Conditioning Sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs, whether you’re rehabilitating an injury, alleviating pain, or improving fitness. These sessions include a comprehensive assessment, customized plans, ongoing support, and home exercise programs to support lasting progress.

My Group Movement Classes provide a welcoming environment to explore your movement, and improve mobility, strength, and balance. My classes also can help you release tension and support relaxation through restorative exercises and mindfulness practices.

I also offer Functional Movement Screening (FMS) to identify movement restrictions which then guides the creation of a personalized plan to optimize your performance and prevent injuries.

My one-on-one functional movement therapy and strength and conditioning sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. Whether you are looking to rehabilitate an injury, reduce musculoskeletal pain and discomfort, improve movement function, or enhance your overall health and fitness, my personalized approach ensures you receive the most effective treatment and support.

Session Details:

  • Location: Sessions can be conducted in the comfort of your own home (in Collingwood) or at a studio space located in Collingwood.
  • Initial Assessment: A comprehensive 60-minute assessment to understand your needs, goals, and current movement patterns.
  • Personalized Plan: Based on the assessment, we will work together to develop a customized movement program designed to address your goals and needs. 
  • Ongoing Support: Each session will build on the previous one, with continuous adjustments to your program as needed to ensure optimal progress.
  • Home Exercise Program: You will receive a tailored exercise program to follow between sessions to maintain and enhance your progress.

Functional Movement Screen (FMS)

I am a certified provider of the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), which is used to help identify movement limitations and asymmetries. This screening tool provides valuable insights that inform the creation of customized exercise programs to improve functional movement and reduce the risk of injury.

One-on-one functional movement therapy and strength and conditioning sessions are designed to offer personalized care and support to help you achieve your health and movement goals.

Initial Assessment

Duration: 60 minutes
Cost: $90.00 (including HST)

One-on-one Sessions (after initial assessment)

60-minute session: $79.00 (including HST)

– Manual therapy techniques
– Ongoing adjustments to your exercise program
– Home exercise program for continued progress

Payment Information

I accept various payment methods for your convenience, including: cash,  cheque, credit card, and e-Transfer.

Please note that payment is due at the time of service. If you are paying by e-Transfer or with a credit card, the payment is due within 24 hours after your appointment. For ongoing sessions, a block payment schedule is available upon request.

Cancellation Policy

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Some exceptions apply, such as cancelling for illness, inclement weather, or emergencies.
